Weekly workout Challenges KB Blast 5/11/2011

Try this at home, your local gym or come and join us, we would love to have you!

You need Kettle bell you can handle for 20x reps.
Physio ball
Broom stick

KB Swings 20x

KB RDL to Squat 20x

KB Squat Thrust 20x

Prone Unders with Broom Stick 20x (On your back arms and feet stretched and off the floor 6 inches. With the broom stick in your hand, crunch and put broom stick over your feet and under your legs, reverse this motion equals 1x)

Alt. Jack Knifes 20x

KB single arm upright row 10x (each side)

KB single arm snatch 10x (each side)

Plank with alt. knee ups 1 minute

KB Halo 20x

Physio ball crunch with KB 20x

Push-ups 20x

Complete this series of exercises three times.
